1.) Is Jay-Ann Jewelry only available online?
No, we actually have a physical store running since 1998 at Cebu City.
2.) What time is your online business hour?
We are available everyday, Monday to Sunday from 10am to 6pm. However, you can leave us a message or an email anytime and we will get back at you as soon as possible. Please give us 24-48 hours to confirm the availability of your orders and for us to answer your queries.
3.) How do we avail of jewelry pieces?
You can avail our jewerly pieces by sending your order from our website.
4.) How long and how much is the shipping fee?
Shipping will take 3-5 days depending on the location. The buyer will shoulder fix-shipping fee of Php 250. All items are shipped through LBC.
5.) How much is needed for other services?
For Jewelry repair: This would depend on how much work/gold is needed. Kindly send us a picture of your jewelry through email.
For Jewelry resizing with cleaning: Minimum of 800 depending if only labor is needed or additional gold is to be consumed.
For Jewelry Re-setting and made to order pieces: Please email us for free quotation.
6.) Are your jewelry brand new and authentic?
All are 100% brand new and authentic. WE DO NOT SELL FAKE OR IMITATIONS. These are all pawnable.
7.) How do I determine my ring size?
- Cut a strip of paper
- Wrap the paper around your finger. Make sure it is close to your knuckle and just below the joint of your finger.
- Mark the paper where it meets.
- Measure the distance using a ruler or a tape measure. (REFER TO INCHES ONLY)

8.) What are your payment methods?
We accept bank deposit (BDO, BPI), Smart money transfer, and ML kwarta Padala. We also accept payments through debit/credit cards via Paypal. Please wait for our email confirmation on the availability of your item/s before paying.
9.) Do you offer wholesale price?
Yes, we do offer wholesale price for bulk orders. Minimum of 3 items and above. Please email us for your special discount.
10.) Do you accept return/refund/exchange of items?
Strictly no return/refund/exchange of items.
11.) What is your refund policy?
Jay-Ann Jewelry values the satisfaction of their customers. We only sell brand new and authentic jewelry pieces. Thus, a full refund is only implemented if we sell you fake items. You will be advised to return the item on its original form and packaging. Once it’s already authorized, we will send you a full refund less any shipping charges. If conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject any refund, returns, and exchange.
